Since all our items are made to order they are non refundable 24 hours after purchase. Cancellations must be submitted in a 24 hour time frame.
Exchanges and refunds are only available if there is an error on our behalf e.g. the wrong item was sent. Please handle the customs shoes with care. We do not repair or replace the items due to poor care. Everything is made to order therefore all sales are definite.
Please make sure you know your shoe size in UK Adult (this includes men and women's UK sizes), UK juniors/womens and UK child sizes, as refunds are not available for incorrect ordering of sizes
