Returns and Refunds
Mailing price is entirely dependent on the country. We ask that all international customers are aware of any customs taxes required for their country as 'Saint Relics' is not responsible for paying this charge. Saint Relics is not responsible for errors on behalf of the mail couriers, however we will always make an effort to reconcile and unlikely errors.
All items are packaged very securely in postal plastic packaging alongside the original Nike shoe box.
Since all our items our handmade to order they are non refundable after 24 hours purchase. Cancellations must be submitted in a 24 hour time frame.
Exchanges and refunds are only available if there is an error in production e.g. the wrong item was sent. Please handle the customs shoes with care. We do not repair or replace the items due to poor care. Everything is hand painted and made to order therefore all sales are definite.
If the shoes do not fit you returns are not available , please make sure you know your shoe size in UK mens, UK juniors and UK child.
